Tamisoft’s Kenichiro Takaki, game producer for the popular Senran Kagura ninja action games, has confirmed three new titles in production for the franchise.

The Tokyo-based studio is currently developing a side-scrolling 3D action title called Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson for Nintendo 3DS, and is also working on Senran Kagura: Estival Versus for PlayStation consoles. Japanese game developer Meteorise is producing Dekamori Senran Kagura, a rhythm cooking title for the PS Vita as well.

Senran Kagura: Skirting Shadows, the first title in the series, was released in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS by Marvelous Entertainment in 2011. Dekamori Senran Kagura’s Japanese launch is scheduled for 20 March, with Senran Kagura 2 to be released domestically on 7 August.

Overseas launch details are yet to be confirmed by the publisher.
