Japanese game publisher Bandai Namco has decided to unify the company’s branding domestically and abroad. Bandai Namco will now be used by all company subsidiaries, including six in Japan and 25 overseas.
Since the merger of Japanese publishers Bandai and Namco in 2005, the company has been named Bandai Namco in Japan and Namco Bandai abroad.

The decision to “enhance the value and appeal” of the brand by unifying the name was announced after a recent board of directors’ meeting in Tokyo.
