Nintendo has confirmed that action game sequel Bayonetta 2 from Japanese studio Platinum Games will be released exclusively for Nintendo Wii U in Japan on 20 September.
The European and North American launch is slated for this October.
Nintendo has also announced that the original Bayonetta title, first released for Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 by Sega in 2009, will be included with the sequel.
