Japanese developer and publisher Compile Heart has announced that the studio’s new idol-RPG Omega Quintet will launch exclusively for Sony PlayStation 4 in Japan on 18 September.
The Tokyo-based studio was founded in 2006 as a subsidiary of Japanese publisher Idea Factory. Compile Heart created the Puyo Puyo series, now owned by Sega, and is best known for their popular Hyperdimension Neptunia and Record of Agarest War titles.
Idea Factory has confirmed several Hyperdimension Neptunia games for overseas release this year, including Hyperdimension Neptunia: Producing Perfection and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1.
