Nintendo has revealed that NES Remix Pack, featuring NES Remix and NES Remix 2, will be released in a retail version for North America later this year.
The 8-bit games were originally launched via Nintendo Wii U eShop in Japan last December (as Famicom Remix 1) and in April (as Famicom Remix 2). The NES Remix Pack retail compilation (as Famicom Remix 1+2) was also released in Japan in April.
The NES Remix series features modified and expanded versions of original Nintendo Entertainment System (Famicom) games such as Super Mario Bros. 3, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid and Kirby, as well as original NES titles like Super Mario Bros.
