YouTube Returns To E3 – Unique YouTube Event Hub Announced

Last year, millions of gamers came together on YouTube for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). YouTube will give gamers around the world front-row access to everything E3 again this year with dozens of live streams scheduled throughout the week. To make moments like this better, YouTube is launching event pages in YouTube Gaming, which serve as destinations for watching the biggest gaming and eSports events.

Kicking things off, YouTube has a unique event hub for E3. A home for live streams and on-demand videos, the YouTube Gaming E3 hub will put all our E3 coverage in one place. Coverage begins on Sunday, June 12, with press conferences from Electronic Arts and Bethesda, and will be followed up with post-coverage by Rooster Teeth, who will be streaming from E3 throughout the week.

youtube e3 2016The coverage continues with a 12-hour stream starting Monday, June 13 at 9 a.m. PT featuring live coverage of every press conference along with developer interviews, live let’s plays of new games, and surprises guests like MatPat, iHasCupquake and CaptainSparklez.

Geoff Keighley and YouTube are teaming up again this year to host YouTube Live at E3, which will feature “wall-to-wall coverage” of every press conference at E3 next month, video game announcements, developer interviews, live let’s plays of new games, and surprise guests like MatPat, iHasCupquake and CaptainSparklez.
