Sega has announced that Super Monkey Ball Bounce, a spin-off of the Japanese publisher’s popular Super Monkey Ball series, will launch worldwide in mid-2014.
The F2P pachinko-inspired puzzle game for iOS and Android devices joins other mobile titles in the Super Monkey Ball franchise including Sega Super Monkey Ball, Monkey Ball Mini Golf and Super Monkey Ball: Tip ‘n Tilt, as well as the Super Monkey Ball game for iOS devices released in 2008.
The original Super Monkey Ball game, developed by Sega’s Amusement Vision studio, debuted in Japan in 2001 for arcades and was released later that year as a Nintendo GameCube launch title.
