Square Enix has released the popular RPG Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King for iOS and Android devices in Australia and New Zealand, Europe and North America.
The mobile version has also been redesigned for touch screen control. “We’ve put in extra effort for the controls to be intuitive and easy to play. Its 10th anniversary is the ideal milestone to re-release the game for fans and new players alike,” said Square Enix producer Noriyoshi Fujimoto.
Dragon Quest VIII for iOS and Android devices was first released in Japan on 12 December last year. Square Enix has plans to launch eight of the popular Dragon Quest games for smartphones.
