Chinese Internet operator and online game publisher Netease is to release another popular Blizzard title in China, Diablo III.
“We’re very excited that with our effort, all five of Blizzard’s game series will be delivered to Chinese players,” said NetEase CEO William Ding. “We’ll continue to work closely with Blizzard to prepare for a smooth Diablo III launch in China so that local gamers can start playing this epic adventure as soon as possible.”
In April the US-based publisher announced that Netease would release Blizzard’s upcoming F2P MOBA Heroes of the Storm in China. The companies have collaborated to bring several other Blizzard titles to the Chinese market, including World of Warcraft, StarCraft 2, Hearthstone and Battle.net.
