Gran Turismo Is Finally Featuring Kuala Lumpur

Gran Turismo might be greatly associated with PlayStation, but it has yet made a proper debut on PlayStation 4. That about to change later this year as the brand new Gran Turismo Sport will be released for the console on 15 November in Asia.

When the game was announced something interesting has caught our eyes: it seems that Kuala Lumpur will be featured on Gran Turismo Sport. However, the city will appear in the game not as a circuit (to our knowledge at the moment) but as one of the sceneries in the game’s new photography-oriented Scapes mode.

There are other new additions as well including several new circuits such as Tokyo Expressway, Northern Isle Speedway, and Dirt Course. At the same time, Gran Turismo Sport will also feature an offline campaign mode in the style of driving school in order to allow gamers to learn and polish their driving skills.

There’s also the Sport Mode which the online segment of the game and will feature two FIA-certified championship series. The winners of these series will be honored at the annual FIA prize ceremony alongside winners from real life FIA-certified championships such as Formula 1 and WRC which showed how serious the partnership between the people behind Gran Turismo and the world’s motorsports body.
