Hero, together with other 16 companies, set up Association of China Mobile E-sports in October 2015. Now with the five new mobile channels as its members, it’s getting bigger and stronger.

E-sports market is huge in China when we look at the hits like League of Legends, Crossfire in PC end. With the rapid growth of mobile games, it is believed that mobile e-sports market will be the next big thing. There’s a saying that there are Tencent games and non-Tencent games in China, implying that Tencent has the half market share of the Chinese games industry. Tencent is also positively to occupy mobile e-sports market by releasing multiple MOBA games and FPS games. Its Crossfire Mobile is also coming out soon. The establishment of Association of China Mobile E-sports may indicate that they need to unite together to be against Tencent.
