Nintendo has confirmed that the third title in the Japanese sports RPG Inazuma Eleven (Lightning Eleven) series, Inazuma Eleven GO: Light and Inazuma Eleven GO: Shadow for Nintendo 3DS, will launch in Europe on 13 June.
Nintendo released the first game in the Inazuma Eleven series in North America for Nintendo 3DS in February. The launch marked the series’ North American debut.
The popular franchise from Japanese studio Level-5 was first published domestically in 2008, with the original game’s European release in 2011.
Two Inazuma Eleven sequels have also been released in Japan for Nintendo DS and 3DS, and three spin-off titles have also been produced for Nintendo’s Wii console.
