Line charity stickers raise over US$500K for PH typhoon relief

Japanese mobile messaging app publisher Line has raised 57.4 million JPY (circa US$552,000) from global sales of a charity sticker pack to aid disaster stricken Philippine communities in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan.



The eight sticker charity pack features popular Line’s characters and will be available worldwide until the 31 December. Proceeds from Line’s “Pray for the Philippines” campaign will go to Red Cross relief efforts in the stricken region.
