Square Enix has announced the ‘A Realm Awoken’ (Patch 2.1) update for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn will be released worldwide on 17 December.
The update will introduce new features to the popular online RPG, including player-versus-player arenas and player housing, as well as add a new event, called the Crystal Tower.
As reported earlier, FF XIV: A Realm Reborn launched globally for PS3 and Windows PC in August this year. The title will be released on PlayStation 4 worldwide in April 2014.
