SEA’s Garena to release League of Legends in Indonesia

Southeast Asia’s largest game publisher and online gaming service provider Garena has announced the upcoming release of League of Legends (LoL) in Indonesia.

Garena Indonesia’s CEO Zhou Junjie said in the announcement that League of Legends “deserves the title of the most played PC game in the world.”



Developed by Riot Games, the multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) title has over 70 million users globally. Garena Indonesia is currently localising the title and has scheduled the game’s launch for October.
