Tecmo Koei has confirmed that the Japanese publisher is collaborating with Nintendo to create a Wii U exclusive Project 0 (Fatal Frame overseas) game.
The upcoming sequel will be the fifth title in the Project 0 series, and a follow-up to the Wii-exclusive Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen (Fatal Frame IV: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse overseas) developed by Tokyo-based studio Grasshopper Manufacture and released in 2008.

The first game in the Project 0 survival horror series launched in Japan for Sony PlayStation 2 in 2001.
Last December Nintendo announced that Tecmo Koei is also creating a Zelda-Dynasty Warriors crossover action title for the Nintendo Wii U. The new game, tentatively called Zelda Musou (Hyrule Warriors), will combine the action of Tecmo Koei’s Dynasty Warriors franchise with the weapons and enemies from Nintendo’s Zelda series, according to Nintendo President Satoru Iwata.
