Square Enix has announced Square Enix Collective, a partnership with crowdfunding site Indiegogo to support independent game developers.
New game concepts will be hosted on the platform to allow game designers and players to exchange feedback and suggestions, with Square Enix deciding whether to fund the project after the month-long open evaluation period.
The company will also make IP from subsidiary publisher Eidos available to developers to pitch new games concepts based on older titles.
