The World Cyber Games 2013 Grand Final in Kunshan, China concluded on Sunday, with world’s top 500 esports teams and players from 40 countries meeting over four days to compete in several games, including Crossfire, FIFA 14, League of Legends, StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 2012, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne and World of Tanks.
China and Korea dominated the WCG 2013 Grand Final rankings in several titles this year. WCG 2013 organisers also report 155,000 on-site spectators for the event, with match coverage by 400 journalists from over 30 countries. The WCG 2013 Grand Final was also broadcast live by CCTV (China Central Television) and online by Twitch.
