Bandai Namco has joined US-based payment processing platform Oink. The system is targeted to teens and their parents in North America.
“It has been an incredible year for the momentum of Oink and the companies that we have partnered with, ending the mystery of online payment for teens and their parents alike,” said Oink CEO Jo Webber. “We feel that our technology is perfect for the video game industry and are confident that our partners will be able to bring a one-of-a-kind security and payment experience to their large fanbases.”
Oink also processes payments for games and other downloadable content on consoles, mobile and PC platforms for publishers Crytek, Fantage, OnNet, Wargaming and Woozworld.
