ComScore revealed in a new survey of online PC use that Vietnam has most active Internet population in Southeast Asia. The country registered 16.1 million monthly active users at the end of June, with more than two million new monthly users added over the last year.
The report also noted that online PC users in Vietnam total 36 million, with more than 74 per cent of the active Internet population under 35.
Social networking accounted for 21.6 per cent of PC activity online, and entertainment was ranked second at 19.3 per cent. Internet video viewing also rose more than 14 percent over the last twelve months, from 13 million views to almost 15 million, according to the report.
